In a few words, Chef Frank is a certified chef, avid food lover, and passionate advocate of healthy living.

He attended Liaison College in Hamilton, Ontario and graduated with honours. The year 2015 marked over a decade of cooking professionally which began at the Fairmont Banff Springs. There, he gained the building blocks to become a chef that is dedicated to good food with plenty of flavour while remaining true to his native Italian roots. He believes working with such talented chefs early in his career allowed him to find his own inspiration, and hopes to offer the same inspiration to others. His love for cooking was sparked in his youth, by helping his Nonna in even the smallest tasks like stirring the polenta and cutting the gnocchi. Chef Frank now specialises in Italian cuisine.

His rule to live by with top Italian cuisine is simplicity – with this food, less is always more. Yet, Chef Frank knows that creating simple Italian dishes should not prevent the construction of unique recipes. He balances spices and herbs in a way that allows him to form his own individual flavours and dishes. Slowly roasting fresh vegetables and making creamy sauces without adding any real fats.

“I like to eat whatever I’m cooking for our clients. I feel really good eating this way and never feel weighed down. Eating this way has improved my life-style and helped me reach my fitness goals”.
